Details of transactions and events giving rise to relevant event
On the date of this form the substantial security holder was allotted 23,527,266 ordinary shares in the issuer on the terms below:
(i) 20,293,933 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.15 per share to capitalise outstanding debts owed by the Company;
(ii)1,800,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.10 per share for services provided to the Company by Mr. Graeme Keith Jackson in connection with formulating and implementing the transactions outlined in the Company's notice of meeting announced 17 September 2013;
(iii) 833,333 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.09 per share as remuneration for management services provided to the Company by Mr. Graeme Keith Jackson over the past three years,
(iv) 600,000 fully paid ordinary shares for the conversion of convertible preference shares held.
