On the date of this form the substantial security holder was allotted 28,199,758 ordinary shares on the issuer. The security holder was issued 4,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.125 per share to convert a $500,000 convertible loan previously advanced to the Company. The security holder was issued a further 24,199,758 shares at an issue price of $0.083 per share to convert a $2 million convertible loan previously advanced to the Company.
