2021 Director Nominations
Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZX: CGF) advises that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 2pm on 28 September 2021 via a virtual meeting platform. Further details of the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be issued in due course.
For the purposes of Rule 2.3.2 of the NZX Listing Rules, CGF advises the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 13 September 2021 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the Closing Date.
