2021 Annual Report Update
Further to the Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) announcement on 1 July 2021, CGF can now advise the market that it is working towards releasing its annual report to market on Friday 30 July.
There has been significant progress on completing the necessary audit work over the last 2-3 weeks with the United Kingdom subsidiary, Triple Two Holdings Limited. Management is working closely with CGF’s auditors to resolve outstanding items.
