Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
Allotment on 2 November 2022 to Jackson & Associates Limited, a company wholly-owned by Graeme Keith Jackson, Patricia Frances Jackson and Phillip Mack Picot as trustees of the Nikau Trust (Nikau Trust), of 1,388,889 shares at 36 cents per share under the CCC rights issue, satisfied by set-off of $500,000 debt due from CCC to the trustees of Nikau Trust.
In addition, to ensure compliance with the Takeovers Code, the trustees of Nikau Trust agreed with CCC to reclassify 1,035,667 of their existing ordinary shares as non-voting.
