Market Update - Change in External Auditor
Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZX:CGF) is pleased to announce that following a formal tender process it has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers as its external auditor. DFK Oswin Griffiths Carlton, Cooks’ existing external auditor, has resigned and will be replaced by PwC, effective immediately.
