2016 AGM Results
Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) held its annual meeting in Auckland today. All resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were all passed unanimously on a show of hands vote.

During the course of discussions at the meeting, shareholders questioned the groups target for stores at 31 March 2017, and this was confirmed to be 150 stores. Shareholders also queried at what level of store numbers management estimated to be break-even point for the group. The management estimate was confirmed at 170 stores.
